We are looking for an experienced and energetic Soft Skills, Etiquette & Grooming Trainer to deliver high-impact training under the government-sponsored DDU-GKY 2.0 skill development initiative.
The primary goal of this role is to transform rural candidates into job-ready corporate professionals through training in spoken communication, body language, workplace ethics, personal grooming, and interview readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Classroom Delivery: Conduct interactive training sessions on English communication, soft skills, telephone/corporate etiquette, time management, and personal hygiene/grooming according to DDU-GKY SOP guidelines.
Personality Development & Grooming: Train candidates on workplace dressing standards, positive body language, self-presentation, and professional attitude.
Employability & Interview Preparation: Facilitate mock interviews, group discussions, resume writing, and public speaking exercises to prepare trainees for placement drives.
Placement Assistance: Coordinate with the placement team to conduct final pre-placement grooming sessions and support candidates during corporate recruitment drives.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Graduation mandatory). Candidates holding a Master's degree, MBA, or diploma/certification in Soft Skills Training / TTT will be given preference.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Personality Development Coach, or Employability Skills Trainer.Prior experience in DDU-GKY, PBSSD, NSDC, or other government skill development projects is highly desirable.
Language Proficiency: Strong command over English (for instruction) and Bengali (for rapport building and local engagement).
Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Office, digital tools) and ability to manage digital/phygital teaching aids.
