Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Senior Student Counsellors to join our Trivandrum branch. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an educational institute and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and counsel students on course selection
- Provide detailed information about programs
- Handle inquiries and convert leads into enrollments
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students
Required Knowledge Areas:
- IT & Management course
- (logistics,Hospital administration accounts etc..
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in an educational institute preferred
- Strong product/course knowledge is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
