Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Baking Instructor to train and mentor aspiring bakers and students in various baking techniques. The candidate will be responsible for conducting practical and theoretical sessions, developing course materials, and ensuring students gain hands-on experience in bakery production.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Instruction
- Conduct practical and theory classes on baking and pastry production.
- Teach students the preparation of breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, desserts, and other bakery products.
- Demonstrate baking techniques, decorating methods, and presentation skills.
- Guide students on the proper use of bakery equipment and tools.
Curriculum & Course Planning
- Develop lesson plans and training schedules.
- Prepare recipes, training notes, and learning materials.
- Evaluate students through practical assessments and assignments.
- Update course content based on current industry trends.
Bakery Operations
- Supervise students during practical sessions.
- Ensure proper ingredient measurement and recipe execution.
- Monitor product quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Minimize wastage during training sessions.
Hygiene & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the training kitchen.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Educate students on safe handling of equipment and ingredients.
Student Support
- Mentor and motivate students to improve their baking skills.
- Provide constructive feedback and performance evaluations.
- Assist students with career guidance and industry exposure.
Qualification:
- Diploma / Degree in Bakery & Pastry Arts, Hotel Management, or Culinary Arts.
- Certification in Bakery and Pastry is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in bakery production, pastry kitchens, or culinary training.
- Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry production.
- Expertise in cakes, breads, pastries, cookies, and desserts.
- Excellent teaching and presentation skills.
- Classroom and practical session management.
- Creativity in baking and cake decoration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹21,071.79 - ₹43,997.73 per month
