IT Recruiter
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 48
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT/technical positions.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Meet assigned hiring targets and timelines.
Requirements
- 6 months–1 year of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of technical hiring and IT roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sourcing, screening, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹10,193.26 - ₹25,000.00 per month
