Job Summary:
The Chef de Partie (CDP) – Indian Cuisine will be responsible for managing the assigned kitchen section and ensuring the preparation of high-quality Indian dishes for both restaurant and banquet operations. This role requires strong expertise in authentic Indian cooking techniques, traditional spices, and recipe execution while maintaining consistency, presentation, and taste. The ideal candidate will uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization while supporting and guiding junior kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Food and Accommodation are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Indian dishes as per standard recipes and quality standards.
- Manage the assigned kitchen section and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Supervise and support Commis Chefs and kitchen helpers.
- Ensure timely food preparation and service.
- kitchen hygiene and follow FSSAI food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and report stock requirements.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist the Head Chef with menu planning and daily kitchen operations.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to manage an assigned kitchen section independently.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards.
- Good leadership and team management skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) or in a similar role within an Indian restaurant.
- Hands-on experience in preparing authentic Indian cuisine. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
