We are passionate about driving growth through data-driven marketing strategies. We are looking for a highly skilled Meta and Google Ads Expert to join our team and take charge of our paid advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI and scaling our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.
- Monitor campaign analytics and provide actionable reports.
- Develop and test creative ad strategies (copy, visuals, targeting).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in Google and Meta platforms.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with the design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives.
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience managing high-budget Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
✅ Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and funnel strategies.
✅ Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✅ Creative mindset with the ability to write engaging ad copy.
✅ Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads (preferred).
· Experience with remarketing and audience segmentation.
· Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce, etc.).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
