Job Summary
The F&B Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant and food & beverage service areas. The role involves supervising service staff, maintaining guest satisfaction, ensuring service standards, handling guest concerns, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, and supporting overall operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant and F&B outlet operations.
- Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high hospitality standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor staff grooming, attendance, and performance.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and ambiance as per company standards.
- Assist in staff training and development programs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate requisitions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Prepare daily sales reports and operational reports.
- Support promotional activities and upselling initiatives to maximize revenue.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and F&B operations.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
