Position: Sales Officer (SO) / Territory Sales Manager (TSM)
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years (FMCG Preferred - Detergent/Noodles Category)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage channel appointment, development, and servicing within the assigned territory
- Drive achievement of primary & secondary sales targets for the allocated area
- Execute monthly and quarterly sales plans to ensure consistent business growth
- Identify opportunities for channel expansion and market penetration
- Support resource hiring and on-ground team training to strengthen market execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers
- Conduct regular market visits to generate demand, improve visibility, and enhance brand presence
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Detergent and Noodles categories
- Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and field-oriented environment
- Good understanding of local market dynamics

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
