We are looking candidate for apparel brand with skills:-
1. Drive upselling, cross-selling, and conversion rates
2. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
3. Analyze sales data and implement action plans to improve performance
4. Monitor inventory levels, shrinkage, and stock movement
5. Schedule rosters, manage attendance.
6. Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
7. - Ensure excellent customer service and brand experience on the floor
8. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively
9. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
10. Ensure store opening/closing procedures are followed
11. Manage cash handling, POS operations, billing, and reconciliation
12. Coordinate with warehouse for stock replenishment
13. Execute VM guidelines, window displays, and floor set-ups as per brand guidelines
14. Maintain store hygiene, signage, and overall aesthetics
