Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to connect with potential clients, explain our production and creative services, generate qualified leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a target-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries.

- Film Production
- TV Commercials
- Corporate Videos
- Music Video Production
- Fashion Photography
- Casting Services
- Portfolio Development
- Acting Courses
- Social Media Advertisement Videos
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales/business development team.
- Maintain customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams for lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate call reports and sales records.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English, and Gujarati (preferred).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Positive attitude and professional telephone etiquette.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Interest in the media, entertainment, advertising, or film industry is an added advantage.
