We are looking for Restaurant Service Staff / Stewards to join our front-of-house team.
The role involves providing attentive and efficient service to guests and working closely with the kitchen and other restaurant teams to ensure smooth service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Explain menu items and answer basic guest questions.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure orders are served correctly.
- Clear and reset tables promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Follow restaurant service and hygiene standards.
- Respond to guest requests courteously.
- Communicate guest requirements or issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Steward, Waiter, Server or Restaurant Service Staff is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a positive work attitude may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, attentive and well-presented.
- Ability to remain efficient during busy service periods.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
