- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Participate in sales meetings and presentations to showcase the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation as required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software or other sales tools.
