Job Summary
Antsquad Branding Agency is looking for a creative and driven Business Development Executive who can bring in new clients, build strong relationships, and contribute to the growth of our branding and digital presence services. The ideal candidate should understand branding, marketing trends, and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients (startups, SMEs, brands) needing branding, design, or digital marketing services
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, cold calling, and networking
- Pitch Antsquad’s services including branding, logo design, social media marketing, and video production
- Understand client requirements and suggest customized branding solutions
- Schedule and attend client meetings (online/offline)
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Track and report sales performance regularly
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Passion for branding, marketing, and creative industries
- Ability to understand client psychology and business needs
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Preferred Skills
- Experience in branding or digital marketing agency
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
- Familiarity with tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Basic understanding of design and branding concepts
