We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence in the Forex and Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of customer acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities for Forex services including Retail Forex, Corporate Forex, Travel Cards, Remittances, and related products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, travel agents, educational institutions, exporters, importers, and individual customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and business presentations.
Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate with travel agencies, hospitals, colleges, corporates, and other business partners.
- Support branding initiatives, events, exhibitions, and digital marketing activities.
- Enhance market visibility and customer engagement.
Customer Relationship Management
- Provide accurate information on Forex products and services.
- Ensure exceptional customer service through timely follow-ups and query resolution.
- Manage customer retention activities and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, AML/KYC regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer documentation, and transaction details.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with operations teams for seamless transaction processing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Forex products and Foreign Exchange regulations is preferred.
- Experience in Forex, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
- Prior experience in Forex, Banking, Financial Services, or NBFC sectors preferred.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
