Job Summary
SEFORGE Limited is looking for an experienced HSE Officer to drive Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) initiatives across the manufacturing facility, ensuring statutory compliance and promoting a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with TNPCB, Factory Inspectorate, Fire & Rescue Services, and other authorities.
- Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Manage Permit-to-Work systems and safety documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports and compliance records.
Qualifications
- M.E. / Diploma in Industrial Safety (RLI/CLI approved & recognized by DISH).
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in EHS/Safety within a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
