Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and maintaining smooth HR processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Handle onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Support payroll coordination and leave management processes.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and company procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
- Ensure smooth daily HR operations and administrative support.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and employee management.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Background
- Experience in D2C, E-commerce, or Startup environments is a plus.
