Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Dharmapuri. The Medical Sales Representative will promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals within the assigned territory. Daily activities include visiting clinics and pharmacies, presenting product information, handling queries, and building long-term relationships with key accounts. The role involves monitoring market trends, gathering competitive intelligence, and providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams. The Medical Sales Representative will also manage orders, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and meet sales targets while following all company and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and product promotion.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage healthcare professionals and address their needs.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to explain product benefits and usage accurately.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational and time-management skills to plan visits and manage documentation effectively.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in the field and meet defined sales goals.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
