We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Staff to drive client acquisition and promote our business consultancy and professional support services. In this role, you will connect with local businesses and entrepreneurs, understand their operational needs, and introduce them to Maxwin’s tailored management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify potential business clients (SMEs, startups, and established enterprises) across Kerala
- Client Consultation: Present, promote, and sell Maxwin’s business management consultancy and operational support services to prospective clients.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
- Market Research: Gather feedback from the market to understand local business challenges and report insights to the management team.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and daily activities in our reporting system.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (Experience in B2B sales or consultancy services is a big plus, but freshers with a passion for sales are welcome).
- Languages: Fluency in Malayalam is required
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and own a vehicle for local travel/client visits.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
