Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with email marketing automation and customer journey design within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and API usage related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ability to develop and customize marketing cloud components such as email templates, landing pages, and automation workflows.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and query languages used in marketing cloud environments.
- Understanding of best practices for campaign management, segmentation, and personalization in digital marketing.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
