key Responsibilities
1. Generate and Qualify leads through calls, follow-ups, referrals and walk-in’s
2. Pitch company service to prospective clients and close sales
3. Build and maintains strong relationship with new and exiting clients
4.Understand clients requirements and recommended suitable solutions
5. Achieve assigned sale target on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
6. Maintain accurate records of leads , conversions and clients interactions
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
8. Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
Eligibility criteria
1. Minimum 6 months of experience in sales/ business development ( preferred service based industry)
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Good negotiation and convincing abilities
4.Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
5.Ability to work in fast -faced, target oriented environment
