- Assess the patient's vital signs regularly and report any abnormal findings.
- Monitor the surgical wound for bleeding, infection, or delayed healing.
- Administer prescribed medications, including pain relievers and antibiotics, as directed.
- Educate the patient and family about wound care, medication use, and follow-up appointments.
- Encourage early mobilization and assist with safe movement to prevent complications.
- Observe for postoperative complications such as fever, swelling, breathing difficulty, or excessive pain.
- Maintain proper hygiene and ensure a clean, safe home environment for recovery.
- Promote adequate nutrition and hydration to support healing.
- Provide emotional support and encourage the patient to express concerns during recovery.
- Document all assessments, nursing interventions, patient progress, and communicate changes to the healthcare team promptly.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
