Social Media Manager, Full-Time
You are the voice of our company. You plan what we say, when we say
it, and how. You work directly with the founders. You sit in on BD calls when venues
and event operators come on board. You know what's launching next week before it
launches because you helped shape how it goes out.
This is not a post-and-report job. It is a build-and-own job.
What you will do:
Content calendar. Plan a month in advance. Know which events are going live, what
stories we can tell around them, what Pune is talking about that week. Build the
calendar, brief the team, execute against it.
Instagram and WhatsApp. These are our two biggest channels right now. Instagram
for discovery. WhatsApp for conversion. You manage both with the same level of
intent.
Meta ads. Run Pune-targeted campaigns. Know the difference between a brandawareness
creative and a conversion creative. Manage a monthly ads budget and
report what worked and what didn't, with numbers not feelings.
Influencer and community outreach. Find the Pune trekkers, the football players, the
weekend explorers on Instagram. Build real relationships, not transactional ones.
Performance reporting. Monthly numbers. Followers, reach, engagement, ad spend,
cost per install. Not a dashboard dump, an actual read on what moved the needle.
Brief the content creator. You plan it. He shoots it. You review it. You post it.
What we are looking for:
Someone who has worked with a consumer brand at an early or growth stage and
understands what it takes to build a community, not just an audience. You think in
positioning, not just aesthetics. You can write a brief as well as you can critique a
creative. You have an opinion about what OutFindr should and should not be, and
you are not afraid to defend it.
Pune-based or willing to relocate. Full-time.
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
Pay: ₹11,338.11 - ₹43,201.35 per month
