Community Mobiliser Intern
Location
Field-based role within a 5–15 km radius of the college campus
Duration
Short-term internship (1–3 months, extendable based on performance)

About the Role
We are looking for energetic, street-smart, and proactive individuals to join our outreach team as
Community Mobiliser Interns. The role involves engaging directly with local communities to create awareness about our college, courses, admissions process, scholarships, and student opportunities.
This internship is ideal for candidates who enjoy field work, interacting with people, planning
creative promotional activities, and driving local engagement.
Key Responsibilities
● Visit low- and middle-income residential areas to create awareness about the college
and its programs
● Conduct door-to-door outreach and interact with students and parents
● Set up stalls and promotional activities in localities, tuition centres, schools, events, and
community spaces
● Distribute pamphlets, brochures, and admission-related materials
● Explain course offerings, admission procedures, scholarships, and career opportunities
to prospective students
● Come up with innovative offline marketing and promotional ideas to improve local
visibility and engagement
● Conduct small engagement activities and community campaigns
● Generate student leads and support the admissions team in conversions
● Maintain records of interested students and daily field activities
● Share regular updates and feedback from the field with the outreach team
Eligibility Criteria
● Undergraduate students, recent graduates, or individuals seeking short-term field
experience
● Kannada language proficiency is mandatory
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Comfortable with extensive field work and community interaction
● Creative thinking and ability to execute local promotional ideas
● Self-motivated, confident, and approachable personality
Preferred Qualifications
● Candidates with prior outreach, sales, marketing, or event experience preferred
● Having a two-wheeler is preferable for local travel and outreach activities
● Familiarity with nearby localities and communities is an added advantage
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
