We work closely with schools and educational institutions to deliver structured, result-oriented academic programs designed to strengthen students' conceptual understanding, competitive-exam readiness, and overall academic performance.
As our School Integrated Programs continue to expand across Kerala and Tamil Nadu, we are looking for an experienced academic professional to take ownership of academic excellence and operational efficiency across our partner schools.

Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Leadership
- Take ownership of the academic performance of assigned School Integrated Program centres.
- Develop, implement, and monitor academic plans in coordination with the academic team.
- Conduct regular meetings with academic teams and review academic progress.
- Monitor syllabus completion, class schedules, tests, worksheets, attendance, and student engagement.
- Analyze student performance through periodic tests and academic data.
- Identify learning gaps and implement appropriate corrective strategies.
- Work closely with faculty members to improve teaching quality and student outcomes.
- Ensure academic targets and timelines are consistently achieved.
2. Centre & Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day academic and operational functioning of up to 10 school centres.
- Conduct frequent centre visits to assess the quality and effectiveness of program implementation.
- Monitor faculty attendance, discipline, productivity, and performance.
- Identify operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of academic resources, assessments, and other program requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and regular operational reporting.
3. Student Performance & Result Improvement
- Take a data-driven approach to monitoring student performance.
- Review test results and identify trends, weaknesses, and areas requiring intervention.
- Develop strategies to improve academic performance and competitive-exam readiness.
- Monitor high-performing, average, and academically struggling students separately.
- Work with faculty teams to establish targeted improvement plans.
- Track the implementation and effectiveness of academic interventions.
4. School Principal & Management Coordination
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with School Principals and school management.
- Conduct regular academic and operational review meetings with school authorities.
- Present student performance, academic progress, and program updates to Principals and management.
- Address concerns and escalations professionally and promptly.
- Ensure strong coordination between Mathiit and partner schools.
- Represent Mathiit professionally in meetings with senior school authorities.
- Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partner institutions.
5. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, guide, and motivate academic teams working across assigned centres.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Set clear expectations and academic targets for team members.
- Identify faculty development and training requirements.
- Promote accountability, collaboration, and a result-oriented work culture.
- Ensure timely communication between the central academic team and school-level teams.
6. Reporting & Review
- Prepare regular academic and operational reports for management.
- Track centre-wise academic performance and operational progress.
- Present key observations, challenges, and action plans during management reviews.
- Maintain clear documentation of centre visits, academic reviews, and corrective actions.
- Use data and performance indicators to support management decisions.
Educational Qualification
- Master’s Degree in Education, Management, Science, or a relevant discipline.
- Additional qualifications in education, academic management, or competitive-exam coaching will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong experience in JEE/NEET coaching, academic management, or school-integrated programs.
- Experience in reputed coaching organizations such as Aakash, ALLEN, FIITJEE, Narayana, Sri Chaitanya, or similar institutions will be highly preferred.
- Candidates currently or previously working as Academic Heads, Centre Heads, Regional Academic Managers, Operations Managers, Program Managers, or Senior Academic Coordinators are encouraged to apply.
Language Requirements
Proficiency in the following languages is required:
- English
- Malayalam
- Tamil
- Hindi
Strong communication skills in both professional and interpersonal settings are essential.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹6 – ₹8 LPA, depending on experience and competency.
