Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing field sales team across Kerala.
In this role, you will meet business owners and decision-makers, understand their requirements, demonstrate our digital solutions, and convert potential leads into customers. Your earning potential will directly depend on your performance, with attractive onboarding incentives and retention bonuses in addition to your monthly salary.
Freshers with strong communication skills and experienced sales professionals are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit businesses within the assigned territory.
- Meet business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our digital products and solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
- Support customers during the onboarding process.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly customer onboarding and sales targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports on field visits and sales activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, business development, and meeting new people.
- Confidence in presenting and demonstrating products.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.

- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable meeting business owners directly.
- Interested in building a long-term career in sales.
- Able to communicate in Malayalam.
- Basic English communication skills will be an advantage.
Work Location
This is a field-based position with opportunities available across Kerala. Candidates will be assigned a specific territory based on business requirements and their preferred location.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
