Job Title: Restaurant Captain

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the service staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Welcome guests and guide them to their tables
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining area
- Handle guest queries and complaints politely and professionally
- Train and support junior staff in service standards
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Steward preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Flexible with work timings and shifts
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month
