Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Operations / Delivery Manager to manage our recruitment team and drive bulk and volume hiring requirements across multiple clients.
The role will be responsible for recruiter productivity, recruitment delivery, client coordination, hiring targets, MIS and ensuring timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Handle bulk and volume hiring requirements across multiple clients.
- Drive recruitment delivery from sourcing to joining.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
- Track recruiter performance, productivity and conversion ratios.
- Manage profiles sourced, calls, interviews, selections, offers and joinings.
- Plan and execute walk-in drives and mass hiring campaigns.
- Coordinate with clients on requirements, interview schedules, feedback and closures.
- Ensure client requirements are delivered within agreed TAT.
- Train, coach and motivate recruiters to improve performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly recruitment MIS reports.
- Identify gaps in the recruitment funnel and implement corrective actions.
- Manage escalations and ensure smooth recruitment operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Recruitment, Staffing, BPO Operations, Recruitment Operations or Volume Hiring.
- Experience managing a team of recruiters or operations team.
- Strong experience in bulk/volume hiring and high-volume recruitment delivery.
- Good understanding of recruitment funnel and performance metrics.
- Strong communication and client-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Preferred Background
Candidates from BPO, Healthcare BPO, Staffing, Recruitment, BGV, Customer Service or other high-volume hiring environments will be preferred.
