1. Position Overview
The Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive is the first point of human contact for prospective Aerobix and Lean Lab clients. This role is responsible for converting warm inbound leads (generated through social media, paid ads, and the website) into booked consultations and enrolled clients. The position is purely remote and performance-driven, suited to a disciplined, persuasive communicator who can build trust quickly over phone and WhatsApp.
This is not a cold-calling role , every lead has already expressed interest in our programs.
2. Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Conversion
- Contact inbound leads promptly via phone and WhatsApp (speed-to-lead is critical)
- Qualify leads by understanding their fitness/health goals, situation, and budget
- Clearly explain AEROBIX and Lean Lab programs, pricing, and value
- Book leads into consultations or close them directly into programs
- Handle objections professionally and guide hesitant leads toward a decision
Follow-Up & Pipeline Management
- Execute structured follow-up sequences for leads who don't convert immediately
- Maintain consistent contact until a lead converts, declines, or goes cold
- Re-engage past/dormant leads during campaigns
Data & Reporting
- Log every interaction and update lead status in the CRM / tracking sheet daily
- Report daily call volume, conversions, and pipeline status to the Sales Lead
- Flag recurring objections or lead-quality issues to help improve the funnel
Client Experience
- Represent AEROBIX's premium, clinical brand in every conversation — warm, professional, never pushy
- Ensure a smooth handoff of converted clients to the onboarding/coaching team
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily outbound call/follow-up volume
- Lead-to-consultation booking rate
- Consultation-to-enrollment conversion rate
- Average response time to new leads
- CRM data accuracy and timeliness
4. Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Malayalam and English (spoken)
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
- Clear, confident, and warm telephone manner
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for calls
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision
5. Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of telecalling, inside sales, or customer support experience
- Prior experience in fitness, healthcare, education, or service-based sales
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead-tracking systems

- Fixed base salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on experience)

9. Growth Path
Telecaller → Senior Inside Sales Executive → Sales Team Lead → Sales Manager (as AEROBIX scales its online vertical across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and the GCC).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
