Analyst - Quality Engineering
The Core Business Solutions team is a part of the Digital Data Analytics and Innovation team within CoRe that focuses on delivering futuristic and unified SharePoint Applications by providing constant innovation and enhancements to various interfaces, and architectures.

Work you'll do
As a Services Associate, Quality Engineering on the Core Business Solutions team, you will be responsible for:
- Partner with project managers and business stakeholders to review requirements and create detailed test cases with test steps, expected results, and traceability to business needs
- Execute manual and automated testing for SharePoint applications, including functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, performance, and accessibility testing
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts and support test data preparation, test environment setup, and validation activities across the testing lifecycle
- Use Azure DevOps to manage test plans, test suites, test cases, defects, execution evidence, backlogs, and sprint tracking while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Identify, document, and track defects, validate fixes, support release readiness activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing standards and quality practices
The team
The Core Business Solutions team is part of the Digital Data Analytics and Innovation organization within CoRe. The team focuses on delivering and enhancing SharePoint-based applications that support business needs through scalable solutions, continuous innovation, and improved user experiences. Team members work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, developers, and global technology teams to deliver quality solutions and ongoing platform improvements.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 1-2 years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or application testing
- Experience testing SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint on-premises applications, including forms, workflows, permissions, and integrations
- Experience with software testing lifecycle, defect management, and test documentation
- Experience using Azure DevOps Test Plans, Boards, Repos, and Pipelines for test management, defect tracking, and release support
- Experience creating and executing test cases across functional, regression, automation, and user acceptance testing
- Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium
- MBA with a concentration in Information Systems, postgraduate degree in Information Systems, Bachelor of Technology, or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
Preferred:
- Experience with performance testing approaches and tools
- Experience with accessibility testing and accessibility standards
- Experience working in Agile or sprint-based delivery environments
- Experience preparing product support materials, learning guides, or deployment documentation
