Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic **Freelance OpenText SMAX Trainer** to deliver a 10-day online training program. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in implementing, administering, and configuring OpenText SMAX and be able to provide hands-on training with real-world use cases.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver live online training sessions on OpenText SMAX.
* Explain SMAX architecture, features, and ITSM concepts.
* Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on lab sessions.
* Guide participants in configuring and administering SMAX.
* Demonstrate ITIL-based service management processes.
* Assist learners with assignments, exercises, and troubleshooting.
* Conduct Q&A sessions and evaluate participant progress.
* Share best practices and enterprise implementation scenarios.
