Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager
Plan campaign strategy based on business goals (lead generation, conversions, awareness)
Define target audience, budget, and bidding strategy
Monitor campaign performance and optimize regularly
Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and audiences
Track and analyze performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROI
Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives
Requirements:
1–2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads
Strong understanding of targeting, retargeting, and campaign structure
Basic knowledge of analytics tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
