Job Description
We are looking for a professional and experienced Site Supervisor for interior execution projects. The candidate will be responsible for daily site supervision, coordinating with clients and labour teams, and ensuring smooth execution of interior works as per drawings and timelines.
The ideal candidate should have practical site experience, good communication skills, and the ability to manage work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Daily supervision of interior project sites
- Coordinating with labour teams, vendors, and clients
- Preparing daily material and labour reports
- Monitoring work quality and site progress
- Reading and understanding CAD drawings for execution
- Ensuring work is completed as per design and schedule
- Reporting site updates regularly to management
- Handling basic site-related problem solving and coordination
Requirements
- Experience in interior site supervision/execution
- Ability to read CAD drawings confidently
- Professional attitude and good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of materials and interior finishing works
- Ability to manage labour teams effectively
- Responsible, punctual, and organized
Preferred Candidate
- Prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects
- Local candidates preferred
- Candidate with own vehicle is an added advantage
