Role Overview
We are seeking a Relationship Manager with 1-3 years of experience to build and nurture client relationships, understand customer needs, and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout their journey with SoulEra. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and users.
· Understand customer requirements and provide suitable guidance.
· Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure timely communication.
· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries and concerns.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates.
· Support client onboarding and engagement activities.
· Contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationship building.
Required Skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
· Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
· Good organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
· 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support, Relationship Management, Client Servicing, Sales, Business Development, or similar roles.
· Strong problem-solving and client-handling skills.
