Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing search engine optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving organic search visibility, driving qualified website traffic, and enhancing overall website performance through technical, on-page, and off-page SEO initiatives.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, content optimization, website analytics, and SEO best practices, with the ability to collaborate across marketing, content, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and site architecture for improved search visibility.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, page speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and structured data.
- Monitor website performance using SEO and analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs through regular reporting.
- Plan and implement ethical off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and digital outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly content aligned with user intent and business objectives.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO practices.
- Optimize local SEO efforts, including Google Business Profile management, where applicable.
- Identify and fix SEO issues affecting website performance and user experience.
- Support website migration, redesign, or new page launches by ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- SEO certifications from recognized platforms are an added advantage.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization.
- Proven experience in improving organic traffic and keyword rankings.
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Proficiency in keyword research and competitor analysis.
