Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Tele Caller to manage patient calls, schedule appointments, provide information about clinic services, and ensure a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with patients.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as required.
- Provide accurate information about doctors, clinic services, timings, and procedures.
- Handle patient inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain patient records and update appointment details in the clinic management system.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.
- Remind patients about upcoming appointments and follow-up visits.
- Handle patient feedback and escalate complaints to the concerned department.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a healthcare/clinic setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
