About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and relationship-focused Client Relations Manager to manage resident and family relationships at our care home facility. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between residents, families, healthcare teams, and management, ensuring excellent client satisfaction, trust, and smooth communication.
The role requires strong interpersonal skills, empathy, hospitality mindset, and the ability to guide families through senior living and care services with confidence and care.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Family Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families.
- Handle enquiries from prospective residents and guide them through admission procedures.
- Conduct facility tours and explain services, amenities, healthcare support, and lifestyle benefits.
- Ensure families receive regular updates regarding resident well-being and activities.
- Address concerns, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Admissions & Occupancy Support
- Coordinate resident onboarding and documentation.
- Support occupancy growth through effective follow-up and relationship management.
- Maintain enquiry databases and admission records.
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to improve client acquisition.
Resident Experience & Engagement
- Ensure residents experience a warm, respectful, and comfortable environment.
- Coordinate recreational activities, celebrations, wellness programs, and family events.
- Monitor resident satisfaction and suggest improvements in services.
Coordination with Healthcare & Operations
- Work closely with caregivers, nurses, doctors, and administration teams.
- Assist families in coordinating hospital visits, medical appointments, and emergency support.
- Ensure smooth communication between operational departments and residents’ families.
Communication & Reporting
- Prepare client interaction reports and feedback summaries.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
- Support management with customer service improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to handle senior citizens and families professionally.
- Good presentation and counselling skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems, email handling).
- Malayalam and English fluency required; Hindi is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Healthcare Management, Hospitality, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience in customer relations, healthcare coordination, hospitality, retirement living, hospital administration, or care home management preferred.

The Client Relations Manager will work in a resident-centered care environment focused on personalized attention, healthcare coordination, recreational engagement, and family trust-building.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
