The ideal candidates will lead the Senior Secondary classes (XI & XII), mentoring students for outstanding performance in CBSE Board Examinations and competitive college entrance exams.

Key Responsibilities and Activities
PGT History
- Curriculum Delivery: Deliver comprehensive lectures on Indian history, world history, archaeology, and historical methodologies as per the CBSE syllabus.
- Analytical Thinking: Teach students how to analyze primary sources, evaluate historical evidence, and build structured, argumentative essays.
- Map Work Training: Conduct dedicated sessions mapping historical sites, empires, and geopolitical shifts required for board assessments.
PGT Political Science
- Core Conceptual Teaching: Educate students on political theories, the Indian Constitution, global politics, and contemporary international relations.
- Current Affairs Integration: Connect theoretical textbook chapters to real-world national politics, global summits, and policy changes.
- Debate & Discourse: Organize mock youth parliaments, group discussions, and debates to build civic awareness and public speaking skills.
PGT English (Core / Elective)
- Linguistic & Literary Expertise: Teach advanced English literature, textual analysis, poetry appreciation, and intensive grammar.
- Advanced Writing Skills: Train students in high-level composition tasks, including formal article writing, reports, speeches, and official letters.
- ASL Implementation: Plan and execute CBSE-mandated Assessment of Speaking and Listening (ASL) activities to perfect phonetics and communication.
Shared Institutional Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Eligibility (As per CBSE Norms)
- Education: Post Graduate Degree (M.A.) in the respective subject (History / Political Science / English Literature) from a recognized university.
- Professional Degree: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from an NCTE-recognized institution is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE Senior Secondary School.
- Key Skills: Exceptional English communication skills, profound subject matter expertise, and basic proficiency in using smart boards/digital classrooms.
