Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation Engineer (SDET) to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in API Automation using RestAssured and Java, with hands-on experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks. The role requires working as an Individual Contributor (IC) in an Agile environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain scalable API automation test suites using RestAssured and Java.
· Build and enhance automation frameworks using Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) principles.
· Perform API Automation, Database Automation, and UI Automation.
· Implement In-Sprint Automation as part of Agile development cycles.
· Collaborate with Development, QA, and Product teams to improve automation coverage.
· Integrate automation scripts with Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
· Develop and execute automated test cases for APIs, databases, and UI applications.
· Generate automation reports using Allure Reports.
· Manage test cases, defects, and execution using Jira and Xray.
· Maintain automation documentation in Confluence.
· Debug automation failures and provide root cause analysis.
· Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to automation best practices.
· Participate in sprint planning, estimation, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Mandatory Skills
· 6+ years of Automation Testing experience.
· 5+ years of hands-on experience in API Automation using RestAssured and Java.
· Strong programming knowledge in Java.

· Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs).

· Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Work Details

· Interview Mode: 3 Video Interview Rounds
· Face-to-Face Interview: Candidate must be available if requested.
Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
