L&L AI Solutions is looking for dynamic and skilled trainers for Java + Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and Aptitude Training programs for college students preparing for placement drives and campus recruitment.
We are hiring trainers who can deliver engaging classroom sessions and help students improve technical and aptitude skills for placement success.
Open Roles1) Java DSA Trainer
Train students in:
- Core Java
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs)
- Data Structures
- Algorithms
- Problem Solving
- Placement Coding Preparation
- Interview Coding Questions
2) Aptitude Trainer
Train students in:
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Logical Reasoning
- Verbal Ability
- Placement Assessment Preparation
Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions for college student batches
- Conduct coding practice, assessments, and mock sessions
- Mentor students for placement preparation
- Clarify doubts and provide performance feedback
- Ensure engaging and professional classroom delivery
- Adapt content as per college/client requirements
Required SkillsJava DSA Trainer
- Strong hands-on knowledge in Java Programming + DSA
- Good problem-solving and coding skills
- Experience in placement training preferred
- Ability to teach beginner to intermediate students effectively
Aptitude Trainer
- Strong expertise in Quant, Logical, and Verbal
- Placement exam training experience preferred
- Excellent teaching and communication skills
Eligibility
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge can apply
- Experienced trainers preferred (1–3+ years)
- Prior college/campus training experience is an advantage
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month
