- Manage and supervise the IT department and technical staff.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain and monitor computer systems, servers, networks, and software applications.
- Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect organizational data and systems.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, upgrades, and system implementations.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Provide technical support and resolve escalated IT issues.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are maintained.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve business operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.
