Job Overview
The Project officer will be responsible for supporting the implementation of community health initiatives through hospital coordination, community outreach, and field monitoring activities. The role includes coordinating with hospitals for the LEGO MRI Project, conducting training and sensitization sessions, implementing behaviour change communication (BCC) and awareness activities around water kiosks, mobilizing communities and stakeholders, carrying out regular field visits to monitor project sites across Delhi, and maintaining project records, documentation, and monitoring reports.
Job Responsibilities

Coordinate with government and partner hospitals for the implementation of the LEGO MRI project.

Conduct orientation, training, and sensitization sessions for hospital staff on the effective use of LEGO MRI Scanner Sets.

Assemble, distribute, and monitor the utilization of LEGO MRI Scanner Sets, ensuring their proper maintenance and usage.

Conduct regular monitoring visits to hospitals and document observations, feedback, and project outcomes.

Plan and implement behaviour change communication (BCC) and awareness activities around water kiosks to promote safe drinking water practices.

Mobilize communities, schools, local leaders, and other stakeholders to participate in awareness campaigns and project activities.

Conduct community awareness sessions, interpersonal communication activities, and outreach programmes on health, hygiene, and safe drinking water.

Undertake regular field visits across Delhi to monitor the functionality, cleanliness, and maintenance of water kiosks, and report operational issues.

Maintain accurate records of trainings, monitoring visits, community activities, beneficiary outreach, and project documentation.

Work closely with project teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and undertake other responsibilities as assigned.
Profile Requisites:

Post-graduation with a background in health, social work, psychology, or related fields.

Should have strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to travel within the city and nearby areas.

Government liasoning and mobilisation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Remuneration:
Consultancy fees will range between INR 35000 per month, subject to relevant qualification, experience & merit.
