Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Jewellery Inventory Executive to manage and maintain jewellery stock records using Gati Software. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in jewellery inventory management and be proficient in handling stock transactions, inventory reconciliation, and reporting through Gati software.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day jewellery inventory operations through Gati Software.
- Maintain accurate records of gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery stock.
- Perform stock entry, stock transfers, inward and outward inventory transactions.
- Generate inventory reports and stock summaries as required.
- Conduct regular stock verification and physical stock audits.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and accounts departments regarding stock movement.
- Maintain data accuracy and inventory control standards.
Requirements Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in jewellery inventory management.
- Working knowledge of Gati Software is mandatory.
- Good understanding of jewellery stock processes and inventory control.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
