Job Title: Senior Executive – International Customer Support
Role Overview:
The Senior Executive – International Customer Support is responsible for managing global distributor
relationships, supporting sales operations, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring
smooth execution of international business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Distributor Management:
Onboard new international distributors and maintain strong relationships.
Track distributor performance, sales data, targets, and agreement validity.
Prepare and manage distributor agreements and conduct regular review meetings.
Sales Coordination & Reporting:
Monitor distributor sales and share performance data with internal Sales Officers.
Support sales growth through coordination of schemes, follow-ups, and performance tracking.
Marketing & Promotional Support:
Coordinate dispatch of promotional materials and gift kits to distributors.
Plan and execute monthly social media content in coordination with the Marketing team.
Identify and coordinate with vendors for promotional items and giveaways.
Training & Support:
Provide website introduction and website module training to newly onboarded distributors.
Assist in product trainings in coordination with the Export Marketing team.
Operations & Coordination:
Coordinate with International Logistics, Purchase, Accounts, and internal teams for smooth
execution based on the nature of the work.
Handle team queries related to distributor details, ERP updates, and website modules.
Support team operations in the absence of reporting managers.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain records such as distributor registers, inquiry registers, agreements, and feedback
forms.
Update risk registers, objectives, SOPs, and QSPs in coordination with internal and regulatory
teams.
Submit required reports for audits and internal reviews.
Exhibitions & Travel Coordination:
Coordinate with the Export Manager for visa processing and approvals.
Support international exhibition-related activities, including coordination, preparation, and
post-exhibition follow-ups, as required..
Additional Support:
Assist in preparing presentations (PPTs) as required for meetings, trainings, or reviews.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
