Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tech Support Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in SQL, logical reasoning and technical troubleshooting who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced technology environment. The intern will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to investigate issues, analyze data, support API-related activities, and help deliver effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in resolving technical support tickets and troubleshooting application issues.
● Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data.
● Investigate data discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
● Collaborate with Developers, QA and Stake holder to resolve reported issues.
● Analyze API requests, responses, and logs to identify errors.
● Use browser developer tools (Network, Console) for debugging and issue investigation.
● Document issues, resolutions and troubleshooting steps. Required Skills
● Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Btech, BCA, Engineering, or a related field.
● Good knowledge of SQL (joins, aggregations, filtering, etc.).
● Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
● Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP requests/responses, and common error codes.
● Familiarity with browser developer tools for debugging.
● Good communication skills and eagerness to learn
Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
