We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MS SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) to join our IT/Data team. Key Responsibilities
Database Administration and Maintenance
Install, configure, patch, and upgrade Microsoft SQL Server across Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments.
Manage High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions including AlwaysOn Availability Groups, Failover Clustering, Log Shipping, and Replication.
Monitor database health, performance, and capacity planning to ensure maximum uptime and responsiveness.
Implement and enforce database security policies, user access controls, and compliance standards including GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC2.
Automate routine DBA tasks using SQL Agent Jobs, PowerShell, or Python.
ETL and SSIS Development
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain complex SSIS packages to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from diverse sources into data warehouses and databases.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing SSIS packages and ETL workflows to reduce execution time and resource consumption.
Handle data mapping, data cleansing, and error handling within ETL processes.
