Divya Creations is looking for a talented and creative Jewelry Designer with hands-on experience in CorelDRAW and jewelry design. The candidate will be responsible for creating new jewelry designs, modifying existing designs, preparing production-ready drawings, and supporting the product development team.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of gold and diamond jewelry, design proportions, manufacturing feasibility, and current jewelry trends, especially for international/export markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Create new and innovative jewelry designs using CorelDRAW.
- Develop designs for gold, diamond and gemstone jewelry.
- Modify and improve existing jewelry designs according to customer requirements.
- Prepare accurate and detailed 2D jewelry drawings for production and CAD development.
- Understand jewelry proportions, dimensions, stone placement and overall design balance.
- Create designs suitable for manufacturing while maintaining the desired appearance and quality.
- Develop lightweight and commercially viable jewelry designs.
- Work on new collections according to market trends and customer requirements.
- Make design corrections and revisions based on feedback from the production, merchandising and management teams.
- Coordinate with the CAD, Production, Sampling and Merchandising teams to ensure designs are practically manufacturable.
- Maintain proper records of designs and revisions.
- Assist in developing new collections for international/export customers.
- Research current jewelry trends, styles and designs from international markets.
- Prepare designs based on given concepts, sketches, images or customer references.
- Ensure designs meet company quality standards and production requirements.
- Support the team in developing new products and improving existing designs.
Required Skills
- CorelDRAW knowledge is mandatory.
- 1–10 years of relevant experience in jewelry designing.
- Good knowledge of gold jewelry design.
- Knowledge of diamond jewelry and stone setting concepts will be preferred.
- Understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes.
- Ability to create clean, accurate and production-friendly designs.
- Good understanding of jewelry proportions and aesthetics.
- Ability to modify designs quickly according to requirements.
- Good creativity and ability to develop new commercial designs.
- Knowledge of lightweight jewelry designs will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel, will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of international jewelry trends, particularly European/US/Australian markets, will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile

- Can independently create and modify jewelry designs in CorelDRAW.
- Understands the difference between a visually attractive design and a production-feasible design.
- Can work with deadlines and handle multiple design requirements.
- Has good attention to detail.
- Is creative, disciplined and willing to learn.
- Can work effectively with production and other departments.
- Has experience working in a jewelry manufacturing/export company.
Educational Qualification
Any of the following will be preferred:
- Diploma / Certificate in Jewelry Designing
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion or Jewelry Design
- Any relevant design qualification
Candidates with strong practical jewelry designing experience and CorelDRAW skills may also be considered regardless of formal qualification.
Experience
1 to 10 years of relevant experience in Jewelry Designing.
Freshers may not be preferred unless they have strong practical CorelDRAW and jewelry design skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
