The ideal candidate should have hands-onexperience in Mainframe technologies and a strong understanding of enterpriseapplication development and support. The candidate will be responsible fordeveloping, maintaining, and enhancing mainframe applications while ensuring highperformance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop, maintain, and support Mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL,DB2, and VSAM.
● Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
● Perform coding, debugging, testing, and deployment of Mainframe programs.
● Work on batch processing, job scheduling, and production support activities.
● Write and optimize DB2 queries and handle data processing efficiently.
● Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams for application enhancements andsupport.
● Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality processes, and projecttimelines.Required Skills
● Strong hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.
● Good understanding of Mainframe architecture and batch processingconcepts.
● Knowledge of debugging, testing, and performance tuning.
● Familiarity with production support and incident management.
● Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Pay: ₹524,290.55 - ₹1,260,004.28 per year
