Qualification:
Diploma / ITI in Electronics or Electrical
(Any relevant certificate/license will be an added advantage)
Experience: 0–3 Years
CTC: As per market standards
Role & Responsibilities:
* Field visits as per customer calls for UPS repair & servicing
* PCB level repair work (ITI Telecom industry preferred)
* Fault finding in cards and resolving issues
* Soldering & de-soldering of PCB boards (training provided if required)
* Communicating with clients, engineers & technicians
* Following up on service requests & providing customer feedback
* Monitoring equipment performance & preventive maintenance
* Conducting quality assurance & safety checks
* Giving product demonstrations for safe & effective use
