HR Manager – Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, PT, and company policies
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Conduct performance evaluations and employee engagement activities
- Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Support management in manpower planning and organizational development
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees
HR Manager – Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience (manufacturing industry preferred)
- Knowledge of PF, ESI, Payroll, Labour Laws, and statutory compliance
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR software
- Ability to handle recruitment and employee relations independently
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Kannada, English, Hindi/Marathi communication preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
