ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to customers, Explain company products and service clearly.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Answer customer questions politely and professionally.
- follow up with interested customers, Maintain daily call records and update customer details.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the team and report work updates to the manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Freshers and experienced can apply
- Good Communication skills in TAMIL.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
